Anthropology Class II

This morning our anthropology class began our day by meeting with international students. We prayed for Muslims and Jews. Some of the international pastors shared about their ministry- both their evangelistic success and persecution. We are encouraged not to carelessly post pictures of international students because for some there are safety issues, so no pictures. Our anthropology professor then spoke to the group about some of his mission experience in the Republic of Lithuania. The morning was an encouraging and humbling time.

On the much lighter side, I saw this on my way to class--Asbury college and Asbury seminary students are back on campus and their classes are in full swing. There is a John Wesley statue on campus that is often the victim of student fun. If you can't make it out, that's a whoopee cushion he's dressed as...
